Submit a Volunteer Opportunity

You can submit an organization if you are:

• Part of a nonprofit, service club, community group, or faith-based organization

• A representative of a public agency or civic body

• Helping coordinate volunteers for a local program or initiative

You do not need to be a registered nonprofit to be listed. Grassroots groups and informal community efforts are welcome.

If you’re unsure whether your group is a good fit, you can still submit and we’ll follow up if we have questions.

• Your submission will be reviewed before it appears publicly

• We may reach out if anything needs clarification

• Once approved, the organization profile will be visible on the site

• You’ll be able to submit volunteer opportunities connected to your organization

We aim to keep this process simple and human.

A note on accuracy and expectations

Please provide information that is:

• Accurate

• Up to date

• Clear about whether volunteers must be members, trained, or screened

Clear expectations help everyone have a better experience.

This is:

• A community directory of organizations offering volunteer opportunities

• A way to help volunteers understand who they’re working with

• A shared civic resource

This is not:

• A verification or endorsement process

• A ratings or review system

• A placement agency

Organizations are responsible for managing their own volunteers and opportunities.
